Includes a unique One-Year Bible Reading Guide.

My Thoughts

At the Feet of Jesus is a wonderful daily devotional that goes through the entire year.  I have read several devotions this year and this is one I am truly enjoying. It is meaty and thought provoking. Leading me closer to Jesus. Joanna Weaver writes in such a way that seem to be for me personally.

I have been on a journey this year like I never have before. I have been seeking Jesus (or perhaps He has been seeking me). I have been reading my Bible each day and am almost through the Old Testament. God is changing me. In ways I would never have imagined. At the Feet of Jesus is helping me to dig deeper into my relationship with Jesus.

Each daily devotion is taken from a Bible verse that is listed at the top of the page. There is a Bible passage to read each day as well as a question to reflect upon.

The devotions in At the Feet of Jesus are taken from Joanna’s previous books Having  Mary Heart in A Martha World, Having a Mary Spirit and Lazarus Awakening. She has also added some previously unpublished writings called Outtakes.  In addition there is also a section each month entitled: Going Deeper

At the end of the book there is a unique Bible reading plan where you read a portion of the Old and New Testament each day. I am looking forward to reading the Bible with this reading plan when I finish my current Bible reading.

At the Feet of Jesus would make a wonderful gift and is a beautiful padded hardback.
